Founder Letter: Welcome to NewMile

If you’ve made your way to this blog, you are likely connected to the aggregate hauling industry. Maybe you are a site contractor, material supplier or even hauler. Let me start by saying – Welcome, I am Chris Whitney, founder of NewMile.

We created NewMile to give new opportunities to the aggregate hauling industry – focused on community and collaboration. We’re introducing new technology, process and services, all developed by industry veterans to uplift this entire sector.

I grew up in this industry and saw firsthand how legacy, paper-driven processes led to inefficiencies, and I knew there had to be a better way. NewMile isn’t a technology brand retrofitting solutions for aggregate hauling. We are a community of haulers, site operators and material suppliers launching solutions specifically for our unique challenges.
